Pay attention to what you focus on. Ask “Do I focus on what is going RIGHT or what is going WRONG?”
When you are trying to manifest your desires and dreams, obstacles and challenges will arise, but when you focus on what’s right, you become a proactive problem-solver, which builds your courage and confidence and raises your vibration (frequency). You will move through your challenges quicker than you would if you were to focus on ‘everything going wrong in your life!’
Quiet the Mental Chatter
Meditation quiets the mental chatter, which is biased toward negativity. It doesn’t mean you stop thinking, but means you are able to control your thoughts. I quiet my mental chatter by drawing and doodling on paper and rocks and stuff! Lol!
Learn And Practice Deep Breathing
Breathing from the belly and not from the chest allows you to be calm and clear when taking action toward your desires and dreams.
MOVE YOUR BODY
We can hold negative emotions for a long time as they are stored in the body at a cellular level. Moving is a fantastic way to release stress….and it doesn’t have to be full-on either…yoga or even a walk is perfect
KEEP A WORRY LIST
Seems counteractive but the brain is like glue for negative experiences, so it is easy for us to worry so much…about the future…which hasn’t even come to pass…seems silly! Lol!
The minute you start to worry write it down. Write the worry down. The helps release the heavy energy that often keeps us stuck, but at the end of 2 weeks you will notice none of your worries were warranted. More proof that WORRY is just a big, stinky WASTE OF PRECIOUS TIME!
TO TRULY BE IN A STATE TO MANIFEST, OUR VIBRATION/FREQUENCY NEEDS TO BE FAST AND HIGH.
It’s easy….takes work….but worth it!
